Sales Dashboard - Data Analysis
Here is my project for company X as a freelancer, they required me to create 2 dashboards to help them track their sales and budget performance. Company X is a company based in the US with a presence in Europe and Australia. This company is selling bicycles of many models along with their parts, accessories, and gears.
Business Requests & Details
For this Data Analysis project, business requests & details contain directions from the clients on how to approach the analysis. Based on the table below, I followed the user requirement to fulfill the project as well as to ensure that acceptance criteria were maintained throughout the project.
Additional Notes:
1. The time scope of the analysis was requested from Jan 2020 - Jan 2022
2. The budget-related file was provided in a separate Ms Excel file
Data Cleaning & Pre-Processing
To create the necessary data model and to fulfill the business needs in the request, the following codes were used to clean and pre-process data using Ms SQL Server.

Data Modelling
Once the last step is done, I converted the files into .csv format for visualization purposes using Ms Power BI. But, before doing so, I made a data model first to determine the relationships between multiple data points. This data model also shows how the FACT_Budget file mentioned before has been connected to the rest of the files.
Sales Dashboard
After the model is ready, the next step is to create visualizations that contain all of the requested features in the Business Request & Details. The first picture is the dashboard to give a complete overview over time for the Sales Manager while the second picture is the dashboard to help Sales Executive to track necessary details on customers over time.
